The homepage is the starting point of online shopping with LetMe. From this page, you can browse through our entire range by selecting the product category that you are interested in. The homepage also contains links to our special offers, new products and customer services/information pages. At any point during your visit, you can return to the homepage by clicking on the ‘home’ link at the top of the page, or on the LetMe logo in the top left corner of your screen.
How do I search for products?
There are several ways of finding products on LetMe.com
Browse
You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of our main product categories, either from the homepage or from main menus on the left side of the screen. Each time you select a specific passion and enter its own home page the menu on the left-hand side of your screen will show a list of relevant sub-categories and criteria that you can select for further browsing.
For example, the homepage and main menu will display a list of all main product categories, such as Golf, Driving, Work and Entertain etc. When selecting Golf, for example, you will be directed to the Golf main page where a list of relevant sub-categories such as Playing the game, Golf in the office, After the Game etc. will be displayed on the left-hand side of your screen. You can then select any of these sub-categories and browse until you find the product(s) you are looking for. You can also use the left-hand side menu to view products by different criteria, such as by brand, by price, etc.
Search
You can also search for products by name, brand or catalogue number. To do so, simply enter the type of product (e.g pen, flask) or the brand name (e.g. Porsche, Ferrari) into the search by word or catalogue number box and we will produce all of the products which match your chosen word. Entering a valid catalogue number into this same field will produce details of that product.
Quick order by catalog number
If you already know the catalogue numbers of the product(s) you’re interested in, then our Catalog Quick Search
facility is ideal for you. Simply enter all of the catalogue numbers and then click ‘view shopping’ the products will then be added to your shopping bag.
How do I register?
Registering with us will make your online visits to LetMe much quicker and easier. To begin the registration process, click on the register button in the customer zone part of the menu of the left side of the screen (LetMe.com, LetMeentertain.com, etc). You will need to provide us with your email address (which will become your user name) and a password will then be automatically generated for you. In case you forget your password, we will send a randomly generated password to the address you used to register with, you will be able to change this in the My Account section of the site. Depending upon what you are registering for, we may then ask you to complete some personal details to complete your registration.
How do I log in to my account at LetMe.com?
Once you have registered with us, you are able to log into LetMe.com at any time. Just click on the log in link at the left of your screen and enter your user name and password (exactly as you gave when you first registered). If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘forgot your password’ link on the login screen to have it emailed to you.
I am having problems logging in to LetMe.com?
If you are still havng login problems this may be due to your browsers security settings, and the need to have "cookies" enabled. Enabling cookies is a browser specific task (and varies even within Internet Explorer versions), please consult your browsers help to find out how to change these settings. If you are using IE6, the following help topic may be of some assistance.
I am having problems viewing LetMe.com with Internet Explorer 6?
When you register for access to our website, a small file, called a "cookie" is created on your computer. This is the mechanism by which our website recognises you as a registered user. Unfortunately, one of the default settings that Microsoft have added to the most recent version of Internet Explorer (version 6) is that you must first enable our website to download a cookie onto your PC. This can be done in the following way:
1. Select the Tools menu (from the Internet Explorer toolbar) and then select Internet Options from the drop-down list that appears.
2. When the Internet Options screen appears, select the Privacy tab from the top of the page.
3. On the next screen there will be a section at the bottom of the page entitled Web Sites. From this you should select the Edit button.
4. The next page will ask you to enter the address of the website you wish to allow to download cookies onto your PC. You should enter our address - www.letme.com - into this space and then select the Allow button. Our address will now appear at the bottom of this page, along with the legend "Always Allow".
5. You can now close the Internet Options menus by selecting the OK button on both the Edit screen and the main Internet options screen.
When you register for any LetME service, our cookie file will now be able to be downloaded onto your PC and you should be granted access directly into our information.

How do I enable cookies on Internet Explorer 5.x?
To turn on cookies in IE 5.0 or 5.5, select the tools menu and click Internet Options. A pop-up window will appear. Select the Security tab, then with the Internet Globe highlighted, click Custom Level (If you are on a local network, highlight the Local Intranet icon rather than Internet Globe). Scroll down to Scripting, and beneath Active Scripting, select Enable.
Next find "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer," select Enable and click OK.
How do I enable cookies on Netscape Navigator 6.x?
To turn on cookies in Netscape 6.0 or higher, select the Edit Menu and click Preferences. A pop-up window will appear. From the left navigator click the arrow beside Privacy & Security and click Cookies from the expanded list. Within the Cookies window, click the radio button next to "Enable all cookies" and select OK.
How do I enable cookies on Netscape Navigator 4.7 or Higher (excluding 6.0)?
Select the Edit Menu and click Preferences. A pop-up window will appear. From the left navigator click Advanced. From the window on the right, select the radio button beside "Accept all cookies" and click OK.
Will I have problems viewing LetMe.com if I have Java turned off?
Regardless of the browser used, please ensure you have not Disabled Java in your Internet Options or Preferences. Turning Java off will not allow you to access many functions we have included to enhance your shopping experience.
How can I find special offers and new products?
To take advantage of our special offers and to learn of our new products we suggest that you register with us by using the the Exclusive Email Offers link on our home page or click here to jump to registration.
