    • The LetMe mail-order catalog has evolved out of a previous specialist title that originally started in 1992 by founder Richard Biggs. The LetMe Web sites were created in 2003. Read more about LetMe.

ORDERS & ACCOUNTS
  • How quickly can I get my order?
    • Orders received Monday through Friday are normally shipped within 24 hours on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. This means you will most likely get your package within 2-5 days. We also offer Two-Day Express Delivery and Next-Day Delivery for an additional charge.       We will inform you promptly in the unlikely event that your order is backordered. There are a small number of oversized items that are shipped directly from our suppliers – these companies ship within 3 days of your order being received by us - again you will be informed of this.

  • How can I cancel or update an order I placed online?
    • To cancel or change an order, please contact our Customer Service department. You may also call them at 1-678-367-0512 , or click here for other contact details.

  • Can I track my order on your Web site?
    • Yes, you can track any order that you place through the LetMe Web site, if you have an account at the time you place your order. To track an order, browse to the My Account section, and click on the Order History link.

  • What if I forget my account password?
    • If you forget your password and need to modify or update information in your account (such as adding a new shipping destination or changing your credit card), browse to the My Account section, and click the Forgot Your Password? link. When the Forgot Your Password page appears, type in the email address you used to create your account, and we will send you an email with your correct password.

PACKAGING
  • Is there a cost for gift wrapping?
    • Much of what you see in our Webstore you'll find only at LetMe, so gift-giving and receiving are more satisfying. Gift boxes: Most of our products come in presentation boxes that are suitable for gift giving. These are provided at no extra cost to you.
      In addition, if required, a gift wrapping service is available during checkout at a cost of $5 per item.

  • Is it safe to order from you over the Internet?
    • YES. LetMe uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information. We use the Stronghold secure server, currently the second-best selling secure server software and, in our opinion, the best product technically. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption.

      When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until we receive it. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number in temporary storage during your
      transaction.

      Shopping online is considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion... is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions." You should feel as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or
      restaurant, if not more so.

  • Federal Anti SPAM compliance
    • With a signature from the US President, the CAN-SPAM Act has become law in the United States. The new law went into affect Jan 1st 2004 eliminating the patch work of 37 state laws with conflicting email requirements.

      The new law now provides criminal penalties for email header falsification, sending commercial email with deceptive subject lines, and sending commercial email that does not include “a functioning return”, address or a link to a web-form capable of accepting unsubscribe requests. It also prohibits email address “harvesting” and “scrapping” (pulling random email addresses off the internet through manual and automated methods). This will help fight the worst SPAMMERs, currently sending tens of millions of unwanted/misleading emails promoting Viagra, get rich schemes, pornography and the like.

      What does LetMe have to comply with?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • How can I return or exchange an item I purchased?
    • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from LetMe.com, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly refund or exchange. If you should need to return or exchange any item(s):

      1. Please complete the reverse side of the Packing Slip you received with your order and return it along with the items being sent back.

      2. Item(s) being returned must be in manufacturer’s original carton, if applicable.

      3. When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. For your protection, insure it for its value.

      4. You will also need to contact one of our customer service representatives at customerservice@letme.com or by phone on 1-678-367-0512 with your order number and product details to obtain your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and details of where to send your package (as this may be different from the dispatch address). Once you have your RAN, please write it on the rear of the Packing Slip where specified and also ensure that it is clearly marked on the exterior of the box you are sending.
      Please Note: Items without valid RAN numbers will not be accepted as returned.

      5. Return the package prepaid. (Sorry, we cannot accept COD’s.) We strongly recommend shipping your return through United Parcel Service (UPS). In the event you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call our Customer Care representatives at 1-678-367-0512 or e-mail us at: orders@letme.com, for instructions on returning and obtaining a replacement. For Canadian customers, in the event a refund of taxes is due because merchandise was returned, the customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to LetMe’s agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. LetMe will be solely responsible for refunding the customer’s duties and taxes. For other International customers, call +1-678-393-3379 for assistance on returns and exchanges.

  • What is your guarantee?
    • At LetMe, we stand behind every product we sell. Our One-Year Guarantee means we will repair or replace any product that is defective or becomes defective through normal use for a full year from the date of purchase - no questions asked. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return any item within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item, whichever you prefer. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.

PRODUCTS & INVENTORY
  • How often is the LetMe Web site updated for inventory availability?
    • • The LetMe website is updated continuously with current inventory, and price levels are updated on a daily basis.
      • Any products for which we have inventory in stock at the time of the last inventory update will have a "Currently Available" label in the availability column of the shopping cart.
      • Any products for which we are out of stock and waiting for our next shipment at the time of the last inventory update will list a date on which the next delivery is due to arrive at our warehouse.
      • Any products for which we are out of stock and have no plans to restock at the time of the last inventory update will automatically be removed from the website.

  • How can I find out more about your products?
    • First, browse to the description page for the product(s) you're interested in, most of our products contain all of the dimensions, weights, and technical specifications. For those products with extensive information, you may see a link called "More Information", where the product dimensions, origin and material and manufaturing process are often listed. Where available, additional images can be found by clicking on the "Alternate Images" link.
