We ship most orders within 72 hours, and will notify you promptly of any out-of-stock situations. A limited number of products are shipped directly from our suppliers. These suppliers will ship most orders within 3 days. We offer various methods of delivery but currently we do not offer a collection service. This is due to the location of our main warehouse and the various insurance and zoning restrictions we must work with.
REGULAR US GROUND
(7-10 days): Regular delivery. Orders are usually shipped FedEx Ground and require a street address and a daytime phone number. Delivery of items in stock normally takes 7 to 10 business days. Orders may ship in multiple boxes, which may arrive separately. Shipping charges for the 50 states and Puerto Rico are listed here.
RUSH DELIVERY (2-4 days)
We offer rush service on in-stock items only, for delivery in 2 to 4 business days to the 50 states. (Back orders ship ground.) Please add $8.95 to regular shipping charges.
OVERNIGHT & SATURDAY
Items shipped via express delivery usually take 1 to 2 business days to arrive at their destination once they've been shipped. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
